Our Purchase Process:

This Application Process confirms your sincere interest in purchasing one of our puppies and

allows us to focus our communications on those seriously interested. This also allows us to form a relationship prior to the time puppies are born, so we can then direct our attention toward caring for the puppies.

Step 1. Application

Confirmation of Agreement to Terms

Completion of Puppy Application

Step 2. Interview

Provides dedicated time for us both to meet virtually and ask further questions

Allows us to get a feel for each other and decide if we want to move forward

Step 3. Reservation Fee of $100

Reserves a designated spot on the waitlist, payable when offered a spot

Applied towards administrative costs

Non-refundable

Step 4. Waitlist Confirmation

Provides confirmation of your spot on our Waitlist until a litter is whelped

Includes details of your preferences such as timing, coat colour, gender, activity level, etc.

Step 5. Retainer Fee of $500

Retains a puppy on your behalf, payable when puppies are 2 weeks old

Applied towards the purchase price of your puppy

Non-refundable if you change your mind but refundable if we are unable to place a puppy with you

Step 6. Suitability Assessment

An opportunity to discuss your specific situation further and explore the type of puppy that would be suitable for your family

Allows us to find out more about your plans and expectations around care, training, grooming, lifestyle, etc.

 

Step 7. Placement Confirmation

We reserve the right to keep back any puppy for our breeding program up until this point

We take the individual needs and preferences of each family into consideration

Placement will take place when available puppies are 7-8 weeks old

 

​Step 8. Purchase Balance

Secures your puppy prior to pick-up, payable by the time puppies are 8 weeks old

Purchase price varies and each litter is individually priced (feel free to inquire for further details)

 

Step 9. Go Home Time

Puppies will be ready to leave for their new homes between 8 - 9 weeks old

We will choose the appropriate time for the puppy to leave and communicate this with families

Step 10. Touch Base

We care about our puppies and want to know how they make out once they go home

Allows a dedicated time for you to ask questions or seek support if needed
